Program Mazak CNC Machines using Mazatrol with more flexibility in Mastercam ! With the Mazatrol Interface from CAMAIX you can generate ready-to-go Mazatrol output. Apply modifications to cutting depth, radial depth (stepover) and any other unit or tool specific field – these can can be easily adapted to the machine environment. Mastercam combined with the Mazatrol Interface from CAMAIX is the only CAM system on the market that provides this functionality !

SPECIFICATION AND FUNCTIONALITY

The objective of Mazatrol interface is to derive contours and hole locations from CAD models and to provide Mazatrol output.
The Mastercam – Mazatrol – Interface runs only in conjunction with Mastercam Mill or Lathe levels or better (entry not supported).

The following data formats can be imported: Autocad, Parasolid, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Autodesk Inventor, SAT, STEP, IGES, Rhino 3D, VDA, Siemens NX and Mastercam. A Mazatrol interface is able to support different control generations and different types of machines. The interface, however is configured per specific machine with a specific controller generation.

For Mastercam toolpaths (adapted in to the Mazatrol Programming Interface) the contour descriptions, tool numbers, speeds, feeds, and coolant values are applied.
